How do I stop or cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription via the customer portal. It's the easiest and quickest way:

  1. Login with your order email
  2. Click the subscription
  3. Scroll down and click cancel

Step 1: Login with your order email

Go to the customer portal and enter the email you used to place your order. A link will be sent to your email to login. If you can't find it, it may be in your junk/spam folder.

Please Note:

  • Cancellations apply to future shipments/renewals only - they will not affect a charge or shipment already in process.
  • If you can't find the login email, it may be in your junk/spam folder
  • The login email must be the email you ordered with
